The Need:Bowen Hotel is a mid to high end resort hotel that integrates accommodation, dining, conferences, and leisure. Located in Xinxian County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, relying on the beautiful natural scenery and red cultural resources of the local area, we provide tourists with a comfortable and convenient travel experience. In order to further enhance guests’ accommodation experience and create a more comfortable and efficient indoor environment, Bowen Hotel plans to install a multi split central air conditioning system.
The Challenge:
★The hotel needs to operate 24 hours a day, taking into account the efficiency of partial load operation (such as the frequency conversion performance of the unit during low load at night) and the efficiency of area control (such as independent temperature control in guest rooms and centralized temperature management in public areas).
★The multi split central air conditioning system in the hotel is huge, and the efficiency of manual inspection for later maintenance is too low.
Configuration:
★Daikin VRV X10 series air conditioners: Outdoor unit: 9 air conditioning units, totaling 296P+Indoor unit: 127 medium static pressure air duct indoor unit
★The system chooses to use high energy efficiency ratio variable frequency multi split and adopts full frequency DC variable frequency technology.
★And combined with the use of a centralized control system, the operation status is displayed through a large LCD screen, and the real-time monitoring of the air conditioning operation in various areas can be carried out. At the same time, individual control or area control of indoor units can be performed.
